12. Vrat & Phalahari Kitchen

Ekadashi, Navratri, Shravan Mondays and other fasts are observed by many guests. The phalahari kitchen uses rock salt, permitted grains (samak, kuttu, rajgira, singhara, sabudana), potatoes, gourds, dairy, fruit and nuts. Older fasters need warm fluids and protein through the day.
